It was good working with Donshane. He listened to what I was looking for and gave that to us. He made adjustments when asked as well. I asked lots of questions and he was willing to answer them. Communication was good, but I could tell he worked on it at night, so it would delay response because I wouldn't get it until morning next day. We are both in the US. Sometimes it was a few days before he communicated, but he did eventually answer. Delivery date was delayed a couple of times, but I was not in a rush so it didn't bother me. He made me "how to' video's, and said I could message him anytime, which is great. I will use him again if I need anything else to do with our website.

Good work, but communication was poor. Seller missed several deadlines, but did not reach out to me first. I had to reach out multiple times to request eta for delivery. I’m perfectly ok with needing extensions especially, but would have appreciated more active communication.
