When working with this seller, I would recommend establishing proof-of-progress check ins along the way and insisting that all communication go through Fiverr written chat (you can upload attachments including diagrams, video, and screenshots). We got to the deadline and there was a misunderstanding about what had been done and what was left to do, but it was worked it out in the end.
