The gig was to optimize a recently transferred WordPress website. Pankaj & the Kreativo team cleaned up the database, consolidated files, optimized images, removed bloat plugins that were left over, changed load times to optimize user experience, and added security measures to protect the site. The level of customer service was world class. There were login issues for unknown reasons (probably something on my side), Kreativo was persistent and continued to work with me through the bumps.
